It's not uncommon during an election to hear the phrase "the right side of history." While it's a phrase that candidates typically use to apply a kind of peer pressure on the electorate, in the right setting it's a useful concept. The Scripture would teach us that there is such a thing as "the right side of history," and it's incredibly important to be on it. That said, staying on the right side of history isn't always easy. It's often unpopular, and that unpopularity encourages doubt. So how does a person stay on it? Ryan explains in part one of a two-part message from John 8:31-59 entitled, "Satan, the Son, and the Right Side of History."
