The Bread of Life: Decoded (Part 1)

In Scripture, a "mystery" is a truth that was either hidden or revealed unclearly in former times, which is then clearly revealed at a later point in time. The cross is one such mystery. There are elements to this truth that was revealed cryptically in the Old Testament, which are then made clear with the coming of Christ. One such element is Jesus' demand that His disciples "eat" His flesh and "drink" His blood to receive eternal life. It sounds like cannibalism!
