This Week @ Cornerstone: March 15, 2021

Cornerstone Family,

Here’s what’s going on this week at Cornerstone:

  • Metanoia. Metanoia resumes this Wednesday at 6:30.
  • Mask Update. I sent out an email late last week about dropping the mask requirement. Any feedback you can provide us would be helpful.

That’s all that’s happening this week, but please don’t forget about these upcoming events:

  • Maundy Thursday. We will hold a special worship service on the Thursday before Easter. During this time, we’ll reflect on the words Jesus shared with His disciples as He prepared to go to the cross. We’ll also take up a special “benevolence” offering (which is used to provide help to those outside the church). This year, we plan on giving what we collect to the Carthage Crisis Center.
  • Corporate Fellowship. We are going to begin holding a monthly corporate fellowship on the Sunday following our men’s and women’s studies. This will be in lieu of our normal home fellowship groups. More information on these corporate fellowships will be forthcoming, but our first one will take place on Sunday, April 4.

That should cover it. As always, please let me know if you have any questions!

In Christ,

Ryan Joki
