This Week @ Cornerstone: March 29, 2021

Cornerstone Family,

Here’s what’s going on this week at Cornerstone:

  • Maundy Thursday Service. We will hold a special Maundy Thursday this Thursday at 6:00 PM. If you’ve never been to one of these services before, they are a bit of an abbreviated worship service (the end time is listed as 7:30 PM, but I’m aiming for 7:00 PM) when we reflect on the things that Jesus told the disciples as He prepared to go to the cross. The intent is to help us prepare for Easter week-end (incl. Good Friday) by thinking of Christ’s sacrifice together. We observe the Lord’s Table, sing songs, and have brief message from the book of John. I’d really encourage you to be there! (NOTE: Livestream should be available for this service if you can’t make it.)
  • Men’s & Women’s Studies. The next men’s and women’s studies meet this Saturday, March 6 at 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM respectively. We will discuss chapter 10 of Reverberation. The new memory verse will be Romans 10:14-15.
  • Corporate Fellowship Meal. The first of our new monthly corporate fellowship meals will be held this Sunday after the service. Again, this meal will take place in lieu of our normal home fellowship groups. If you’d like to sign-up to bring something, you can find a MealTrain link here: https://mealtrain.com/9wv77l

That should cover it! Hope you have a great week!

In Christ,

Ryan Joki
