As Jesus ministered throughout the cities of Galilee, the people resisted His calls to repentance, because His explanation of righteousness did not conform to their religious assumptions. And yet, Jesus responded by pleading with the people to find rest under the yoke of His teaching. How did Jesus' explanation of the law's standards give the people rest? Ryan explains this Sunday in part one of a two-part message on the Sabbath controversies of Matthew 12:1-14, entitled "Finding Rest in God's Commands."
